Our Alphonso mangoes, known for their delightful appearance, are handled with utmost care. However, being a sensitive fruit, they are susceptible to damage from overheating and lack of ventilation during transit, conditions beyond our control. In rare instances, over-ripening may occur due to unfavorable conditions.

Our order fulfillment process is transparent to prevent any undesirable experiences. Despite our efforts, we acknowledge that, given the perishable nature of the produce and external factors, you may occasionally receive a mango that doesn’t meet expectations. In such cases, we stand by our commitment to address these situations.

Upon placing an order, mango boxes will be dispatched at the earliest, subject to availability. It’s important to note that fruit weight is measured at harvest, and any weight loss (15 to 20%) during ripening is a natural occurrence due to moisture loss.
